Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready to ship.

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

  • Overnight Shipping (Next business day, if placed before 12 PM EST)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping destination, and the selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

  • Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (within the U.S.).

  • International Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $150.

  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or inability to deliver), we will contact you to confirm the correct address. A reshipping fee may apply for re-delivery.
